Our refund policy is designed to:

2. Standard Refund Periods
2.1 Full Refund Period (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
For most educational programs, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your enrollment date, provided that:
- The request is made within seven (7) calendar days of the enrollment date
- You have accessed less than 20% of the course materials
- You have not completed or submitted any graded assessments
- You have not received any certificates or credentials
Example: If you enroll on January 1st, you have until January 8th at 11:59 PM (your local time) to request a full refund, subject to the conditions above.
2.2 Partial Refund Period (Days 8-14)
Between days 8 and 14 after enrollment, you may be eligible for a partial refund calculated as follows:

Partial refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- You have accessed less than 40% of the course materials
- You have not received any certificates or credentials
- No administrative or processing fees will be refunded
2.3 No Refund Period (After 14 Days)
After fourteen (14) days from enrollment, no refunds will be provided except in cases of:
- Program cancellation by NeuralEdge Insights
- Documented technical issues preventing course access (as determined by our technical team)
- Exceptional circumstances approved on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion
3. Program-Specific Refund Policies
3.1 Short Courses and Workshops (Duration: Less than 4 Weeks)
For short-duration programs:
- Full refund available within 48 hours of enrollment if no content has been accessed
- After 48 hours: 50% refund available if less than 25% of content accessed
- No refunds after program completion or certificate issuance
3.2 Standard Courses (Duration: 4-12 Weeks)
Standard courses follow the general refund timeline outlined in Section 2.
3.3 Extended Programs (Duration: More than 12 Weeks)
For extended programs:
- 7-day full refund period applies
- Days 8-21: 75% refund available
- Days 22-30: 50% refund available
- After 30 days: No refund except in exceptional circumstances
3.4 Subscription-Based Services
For monthly or annual subscription services:
- Monthly subscriptions: Refund available within 7 days of initial purchase; no refunds for renewal charges
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available within 30 days of purchase; after 30 days, no refunds for unused time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
3.5 Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Services accessed through free trials or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds. If you upgrade from a free trial to a paid subscription, standard refund policies apply from the date of the paid subscription.
4. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Administrative Fees: Application fees, processing fees, or enrollment fees (typically $25-$50)
- Certificates and Credentials: Once issued, certificate fees are non-refundable
- Completed Programs: Programs you have fully completed or for which you have received a certificate
- Digital Downloads: E-books, downloadable resources, or software licenses once accessed
- Third-Party Services: Services provided by third-party vendors or partners
- Consultation Services: One-on-one consultation sessions once scheduled or completed
- Event Tickets: Tickets to webinars, conferences, or events within 48 hours of the event
- Bundled Discounts: The discount portion of bundled program packages
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Medical or Personal Emergencies
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In cases of documented medical emergencies or significant personal hardships, we may offer:
- Extended access to course materials (program pause)
- Transfer to a future program session
- Partial refund consideration on a case-by-case basis
Documentation such as medical certificates or official records may be required.
5.2 Military Deployment
Active military personnel who receive deployment orders may be eligible for:
- Full refund regardless of program progress
- Option to defer enrollment to a future session
- Extended access period upon return from deployment
Official deployment orders must be provided.
5.3 Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical problems preventing access to course materials:
- Contact our technical support team immediately
- Allow reasonable time (typically 5-7 business days) for issue resolution
- If issues cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund may be granted
- Refund decisions based on technical issues are at our sole discretion
5.4 Program Cancellation by NeuralEdge Insights
If we cancel a program for any reason:
- You will receive a full refund of all fees paid
- Refund processed within 10 business days
- Option to transfer to an equivalent program at no additional cost

- We reserve the right to pursue collection of legitimately owed fees
- Administrative fees may be applied to cover chargeback processing costs
- False or fraudulent chargeback claims may result in legal action
If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, access may be restored. However, repeated chargeback attempts may result in permanent account termination.
10. Promotional and Discounted Enrollments
For programs purchased at promotional or discounted rates:
- Refunds are calculated based on the amount actually paid, not the original price
- Promotional offers may have modified refund terms specified at the time of purchase
- Group discount refunds are subject to the group purchase agreement terms
- Scholarship recipients are subject to specific scholarship refund policies
